Încălzirea borhotului
Se aplică o sursă de căldură sub cazan, încălzind borhotul până când alcoolul începe să se evapore.
Condensarea vaporilor
Pe măsură ce vaporii se răcesc, aceștia se condensează și revin la starea lichidă, rezultând prima distilare a pălincii.
Redistilare
Pentru a obține o pălincă mai pură și de calitate superioară.
Colectarea și depozitarea
Pălinca este păstrată pentru o anumită perioadă de timp pentru a-și îmbunătăți aroma și caracteristicile gustative.

Hand crafted corn liquer made in the heart of Mississippi. Our Distillery was founded in 1832 and our secret traditional recipes have been passed down from many generations. Since then our team has grown to more than 20 employees. We produce a true batch handcrafted spirit that any moonshiner would drink himself – it’s that good! Moonshine, white lightning, mountain dew, hooch, and white whiskey are terms used to describe high-proof distilled spirits, generally produced illicitly.
